In his early years of management his employees found him to be an excellent listener and support person. His upper level managers commented on his ability to develop happy and productive employees. The qualities of a good life coach are strong listening skills, thought provoking questions, and positive reinforcement for each progressive step towards the client’s goal. He received is initial training through the Living Purpose Institute, and has taken further training through the Fowler-Wainwright Institute.
